3 large eggs, 2 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, 1 pinch of salt, 1 tbsp butter, 1 pinch cinnamon, ¼ milk.
To begin with this easy recipe, take two bowls and crack open the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Place the yolks in one bowl and the whites in another.
In the bowl with the egg yolks, add 1 teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of salt.
If you have vanilla extract available, add a few drops. Whisk well till it turns foamy.
Now, take the bowl with the egg whites, add the milk, cinnamon powder and remaining 1 teaspoon of sugar. Using a clean and dry whisk or fork, beat the egg whites till they form stiff peaks.
Combine and gently fold the whipped egg whites into the egg yolk mixture. Use a spatula and fold carefully to maintain the fluffiness.
Now, take a pan and heat it over medium flame. Grease it lightly with butter to prevent sticking. Lower the flame and pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread it out evenly. Cover with a lid and cook over low flame.
